2 rums lägenhet i Askim

Hi. This is a newly built (2024) apartment. You will be the first person moving in to this apartment. Since this is a new construction I have some pictures where some work is still going on but the work will be completed before move in. This is a 2 room apartment 1 bedroom and 1 living room. There is a big sun facing balcony as well.. All the facilities are included e.g. dishwasher, washing machine etc. If you need parking you will have to pay separately for that, I'm not sure how much, if you are inetrested i will check. This is not a furnished apartment. Electricity and hot water is not included in the rent but I have rough estimate given by the building which is hot water 100 SEK/month and electricity 200 SEK/month. Viewing will not be possible because i will get the access to the apartment only on 12th June, 2024. Move in date can be 15th June or 1st July 2024. I will prefer if someone can move in on 15th June.. I'm looking for someone who is pet free and take care of the apartment well. Please contact me if you are interested. Thanks.
