If you have found a rental on BostadsZonen that you are interested in, you have to contact the landlord through the housing ad. You do that by pressing the blue button "Contact the landlord" - from there you will be guided to create a user and buy a membership. We have an intro period of four days for SEK 39.

All rentals on BostadsZonen are available.

If you want a viewing of a rental, you have to contact the landlord through the housing ad. You do that by pressing the blue button "Contact the landlord".

If you have a question for a landlord about pets, balcony, floor, elevator or other things, you should contact the landlord through the housing ad. You do that by pressing the blue button "Contact the landlord".

If you are looking for a rental in a specific city, you can search in all cities in Sweden via BostadsZonen's front page. You do this by writing the name of the city in the field where it says "Where would you like to live?".

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily and quickly create a new one here. If you still cannot log in, send an email to kundservice@bostadszonen.se.

If you want to cancel your subscription, go to "My page - as a tenant" and from there to "Account" where you can cancel.

It costs SEK 39 to have full access to BostadsZonen for 4 days. You can always cancel your membership at BostadsZonen and avoid extra fees.

We approve housing ads several times a day, so don't worry if it takes a few hours. All housing ads are approved within 24 hours of their creation at the latest.

You can easily cancel your subscription by logging in to ‘My page’ on BostadsZonen. There you find ‘Account’ and can then press ‘Cancel subscription’.
