Jag trivs i lägenheten och i området, men nu har lillan kommit och vi är i stort behov av större.Jag har en fin 1:a på 40 kvm med sovalkov. Huset är byggt 2018 med gemensamma ytor och utsikt över söder. I lägenheten finns tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. Köket har en induktionshäll och kyl och frys. Förråd finns i samma hus. Wifi ingår. Lägenheten har balkong med sol från kl.14. Ica Nära finns i samma hus och precis utanför går buss mot Gullmarsplan, Södersjukhuset och Årstaberg. 10 min gångväg till tunnelbana, tvärbana, Globen shopping och Årsta torg.
