I'm renting out a room in my 3 room apartment. The room can come with a bed and desk and furniture for clothes. Apartment is next to the university and trainstation. Connection to Stockholm central station is 30 minutes by train (included in SL card). I am a 48 year old man, live with my 15 year old son 2 weeks a month. We are both calm. My son loves playing on his playstation. We both go to the gym. He goes to school monday to friday, I work monday to friday. Wifi in the house, shared kitchen, bathroom (including washing machine and dryer).
