Täljstenen är ett fantastiskt fint område med vacker omgivning och nära till naturen! Finns en förskola och mataffärer i närheten. Jag trivs superbra här och vill helst inte flytta härifrån men behöver tyvärr något större.Lägenheten är ett sovrum, vardagsrum och balkong. Köket har diskmaskin och en helt ny kyl/frys + ny mora köksblandare. Nyrenoverade köksluckor. Jag har en parkeringsplats precis utanför som går att ta över, föredrar man garage finns en kölista för det. Ingår gratis tapetsering. Till lägenheten hör ett rymligt förråd.Själv så vill jag flytta ihop med min tjej och behöver då minst en 3:a, gärna på samma sida om fyrisån.
