Soliga dagar kan även uteterassen användas. Området är lugnt och stillsamt och på endast 5 minuters gångavstånd har du en välsorterad ICA, pizzeria och småbåtshamn. Hyrs ut möblerad och fullt utrustad med alla husgeråd, möbler, TV etc. med omedelbart tillträde under vinter och vår 2025 (fram till slutet av maj/början av juni). Uthyres till skötsam familj e.d. om max 5 personer. Utöver hyra tillkommer kostnader för el, vatten, sophämtning och bredband.
