The house is very modern and comfortable on 140 sqm on 3 floors and your room is situated on 2 nd floor including private wc and terasse. It takes 10 minutes by metro to STHLM city center and the house is only 1 minute walk from metrostation, supermarket, pharmacy, kiosk and more. The area is quiet and the room is facing a green courtyard with no cars. Approx 20 minutes to KTH and 25 to Stockholm University with metro. The rent includes:. Electricity, heat, water, wifi and laundry is also included. Soap, dishwashing liquid, toiletpaper, sheets and towels and more is included so its a all inclusive price. I’m a polite and nice person with positive attitude (easy going) interested in other people and academic fields. I will respect your privacy and is easy to get along with, I work (hybrid) and research. Im looking for a nice and responsibel person that respect my property and treats it like it was their own. No parties, pets or second guests allowed. The room is rented out private with 1/2 month rent in deposit and possible to extend for student looking for a full year lease. The room is guiet and comfy in front of a garden with a new queen size bed and a desktop. I expect you to clean your room and shared spaces spaces (vacumclean) minimum once a week. and leave bathtub clean with dry floor. Use your wc for shaving, fixing hair etc. The bathroom is only for shower and left tidy with dry floor. Cleaningproducts inside the bathroom to use. No shawing in bathroom thanks. Kitchen can be used for breakfast and dinner 07:00-21:00 and left tidy and clean. Dispose kitchen + room bins frequently. Di not toss your private garbage in the kitchen bin thanks. Shower: Once a day from 07:00-22:00 Silent Hours: 22:00-07:00 You can not take photos inside. You can not bring other persons inside with out permission. Entrance door shall be locked 24/7. Shut off lights when not in use/going out/going to bed. No shoes allowed inside and be careful with parquet floors. (No rolling suitcases) 😊
