Hi We looking for three roommates sharing a house with us short term. Room 1: 15m2, , face to backyard. Has two chambers for storage. . Rooms are at 2nd floor. You will share 1.5 bathroom ( with your roommates and guests), kitchen, and laundry room together.. The rent includes all the utilities.. The house is located next to burlöv station(between Lund and Malmö, has direct train to Copenhagen), bus 130 ( Lund bankgatan to Malmö södervärn) and 172 . . Beside that there is a Burlöv shopping centre right across the train station.. (non of them needs walking more than 6mins from the house.). Im (Swedish) and my wife Zoe, ( know no Swedish😅 )have our master bedroom on first floor. We are pretty easygoing with two cats( perfect for people want cats be around, they are more like a dog than cat). . Since we believe home should be a place for rest, we would like to share house with calm, respectful, and responsible people to create a safe zone. .
