We have a room in our house that we are looking to rent out!. Either you can choose a room that is in the basement, in case you would like some more privacy. Or you can opt in for a room on the main floor, where you more often will be in direct contact with us living here. If you want more privacy, then in the basement you will have a bathroom with a shower. Internet is also included in the rent although not the fastest on the market. There you would also have your own entrance. Kitchen and laundry room will be shared on the main floor, but downstairs you will have your own fridge, freezer, and microwave oven, in case you wish to make something quick. If you opt in for a room on the main floor then bathroom will be shared, although there are two WC:s. As mentioned. The reason why we're renting out is because our tenant will be moving out shortly.. Occasionally you will be alone in the house, which will demand from you that you are responsible and honest. You are also expected to be open to help out with some of the house chores, i.e. clean the room that you rent as well as other areas that you might utilize.
