Great view, nice surroundings and a spacious balcony make this a quite perfect place during the summer. The flat feels a bit larger than it is, thanks to a quite good floor plan, with a small, but fully separate bedroom. All furniture on the pictures (and houseplants, if wanted) are included in the rent. The rental period can be adjusted and there are no additional costs, i.e. water, internet, electricity etc. are included in the price.
