Hi there! We have two rooms available in our beautiful, newly built 4-bedroom apartment in Årsta (100 sqm). The space is bright, modern, and perfect for creating a warm and welcoming home. About the apartment: Large enclosed balcony, perfect for relaxing, 2 showers/toilets for convenience, Common areas with big windows and an open floor plan, A projector for cozy movie nights & games! Metro access just a short walk away, dishwasher and washing machines. Each room comes furnished with a small desk, wardrobes, and a bed (options: 90, 120, or 160 cm), but you’re welcome to personalize it however you like! Utilities (electricity, heating, and internet) are included in the rent. Available rooms: Room 2: 7 sqm for 6,500 SEK/month Room 3: 14 sqm for 9,000 SEK/month (works for 2 people!) We’d love to share our home with kind, responsible people who have experience living with flatmates. If you’re social, respectful, and value creating a positive and harmonious home environment, you’ll fit right in! While we prefer someone around the same age, having shared-living experience is most important to us ✨ 

You will share the space with Carlos: A designer who loves the gym, movies, and making music. And Alina: A media and communication student who’s passionate about cooking, trying spicy hot sauces, and hanging out with friends.
