Diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn finns i köket och man har tillgång till tvättstuga. OBS: lägenhet hyrs ut med bara en säng på 90 cm. Ingen förråd. Inflyttningsdatum: helst den 1e maj. Uthyrning i 6 månader med eventuell förläggning i ytterligare 6 månader (max 1 år totalt) då jag samboprovar. Hyran är 6 900 kr per månad, värme/vatten ingår. 1 månads deposition. El/bredband ingår inte (kostar ca 200 kr respektive 399 kr per månad). Lägenheten ligger 8 minuters promenad från Mälarhöjden t-bana (röda linjen) och Coop, samt 15 minuter från Axelsberg t-bana (röda linjen) och en större ICA. Om området: Mälarhöjden är ett lugnt och vackert villaområde med närhet till både natur och stan (det tar 17 minuter med tunnelbana till T-Centralen). Området är särskilt vackert under sommaren och man är nära Sätraskogen, Mälarhöjdsbadet, och Vinterviken. Det tar bara 5 minuter att promenera ner till vattnet från lägenheten. The kitchen is sunny during the morning and the living room gets lovely afternoon/evening light. Dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen + access to communal laundry room. Please note: the flat only comes with 1 single 90cm bed. No storage room. Moving in date: ideally 1st May or as close to this date as possible. Renting out for 6 months with a possible extension of 6 more months (I am testing living with my partner for max 1 year). It’s a lovely, charming spot in the summer - you’re within walking distance of Sätraskogen, Mälarhöjdsbadet and Vinterviken and the flat is only a 5-minute stroll away from the water.
