1 rums lägenhet i Hägersten

Hello! . My name is Gaston Erksell and I live in a two bedroom apartment in Hägerstensåsen (in the south of Stockholm) and I'm looking for a new tenant. The apartment is 52 m2 and the room I rent out is the one on the left in the schematic, which is the one emptied out in two of the pictures. Included in the rent, which is 6000 SEK, is wi-fi, sheets, towels, cleaning stuff etc and there are no other costs. We would sign a contract and rent paid in advance each month. . Communications to the city are good (10 min walk + 12 min subway to Stockholm central station) and there are plenty of green areas close to the house. You can walk to the lake and greater green area surrounding Mälaren in about 15 min where there is opportunity to swim och kayak, cafés and the old Alfred Nobel testing sites and more. There is also supermarkets, restaurants and a climbing center etc only a few minutes walk away from the apartment.. A little about me is that I'm 31 year old and a calm and open minded person who enjoy playing music, exercise, reading and spending time with family and friends. I need to rent out a room simply to afford the apartment. I have lived as a flatmate in various arrangements over the years and have appreciated that form of living, getting to know different types of people in different ways depending on how we both are. I keep a clean house and am fairly relaxed regarding living habits but we can establish some ground rules together that suits us both :).
