1 rums lägenhet i Hägersten

Hello! I am renting out a room in my apartment from around June 15th 2025 to December 31st 2025, possibly longer. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobes and storage above them. Full access to the kitchen and its utilities, with own fridge. and the same for the bathroom. Västertorp is a very lush green area and very calm around here. 15 minutes with the subway into Sthlm City. I have a Golden Retriever. Electricity/water/heating and internet is included in the rent. I do prefer a female student as I am a female myself. Deposition is 4000:- as I prefer to rent out with no extra fees for my roommate. Student is currently living here until 1st week of June and it has worked perfect.
