- COLIVING - THE SHARED APARTMENT:On top of your own private bedroom, you and your roomies share a fully furnished home with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. Then, there is more. Our coliving hubs offer a whole floor dedicated to hangouts, gaming, working, studying, or watching movies. Your social life is entirely within walking distance! The shortest contract period with us is two (2) months, this to preserve a sense of stability in the community and in your future home. (Size of shared area: 62-90 m²) THE PRIVATE BEDROOM:The private bedroom is semi-furnished. When you move in with COLIVE, you need to buy a starter kit, which includes a top mattress and a mattress cover. This will be invoiced after you have signed the contract (price: 900 SEK – 1900 SEK, depending on the size of the bed). THE AREA:Aquila is located in Handen, which is part of metropolitan Stockholm and only a 25min train ride away from the city center. The hub is within walking distance from Haninge center which has a large selection of activities, shopping and restaurants. You’ll find everything you need for everyday life there. And if you’re more of a nature person, you’re in luck! Aquila is surrounded by beautiful outdoor areas with lakes for swimming, jogging tracks and forests to explore. Rudan, which is a nature reserve just by the hub, has a sauna and mountain bikes available – or visit the outdoor gym. The area also has a cross-country skiing track as well as ice-skating during the colder months in Sweden.
