(-Its possible for two persons to stay here to a higher price.-) Hi! We offer one room, 12 square meters, in an ’three bedrom apartment’ on the first floor in a villa. The guests here are mostly university students and people temporary working in Sthlm. The villa is located close to Vega Station, in the south Sthlm area. 24 min from Stockholm Central Station. Trains leave every 15 min and give you a comfortable ride. 8 min walk to the station, or 2 min by bus. The room has four closets, a chest of drawers, a desk and one 160cm wide bed. It has two windows towards the garden. There is a trial period for 6 month, before we extend to a long term contract. Its to make sure we wont end up with people not suited for sharing this apartment. Its important that everyone feel at home. The kitchen has all necessary kitchen were. You’ll have proper personal space in the fridge and in the freezer. 1 personal cabinet and 2 personal drawers. The laundry room has a dryer, a washing machine and racks to hang clothes for drying. The 1st bathroom has a wc, washing basin, a mirror cabinet and a bigger cabinet with a personal shelf per room. The other bathroom has a shower. The living-room has a corner sofa and a smart tv. You only pay the rent for your private room every month. Thats it. No other costs. Cleaning of the common areas is included in the rent. Me and Anya take care of the house. We stay on the upper floor. There is a friendly dog and cat staying there as well. Its a peaceful area. Restaurants, cafés, grocery store, gyms, liberary and more. A forrest with running tracks, a fresh water lake with two sandy beaches is near by. A big shopping mall is close. A hospital and an even bigger mall is within walking distance. The country side and the archipelago is a bus ride away. // Ric and Anya
