Hi, I'm renting my place for 1 month (28 January till 28th Feburary) with the possibility of extension. Apartment is very new. This building was constructed in 2024. Hemkop and bus stop is on 3 minutes walk. McDonald's is just 5 minutes walk and Max is 2 stops away by bus. You will have a big Indian grocery store on 5 minutes walk. Apartmemt is on 4th floor with the nice view. You will have large sitting area outside the apartment where you can have bbq and sunbathing. Apartment is furnished with the very basic needs. All the furniture shown in the pictures will not be included in the apartment but you will have all the basic things needed. Facilities: Dishwasher, Washing machine and Oven. There is a parking space available for free on back side of the building. Rent of the apartment is 9500 SEK, this includes elctricity*, heating and house insurance. * Electricity is estimated for the one person if it went beyond the one person consumption you will have to pay that extra usage.
