One (possibly even two) furnished room available in a beautiful large apartment in Limhamn, Malmö, from the 1st of October but possibility to move in earlier if needed. Rent: 5000 per month, including electricity, heating, internet and home insurance. Deposit: equivalent to 1 month's rent. Furniture: Bed, storage, etc. ABOUT THE AREA Limhamn is a very nice area of Malmö, very close to the beach! With a 5 minute walk you get to the sea, with a view on the bridge to Denmark. There are stores very closeby (1 minute) as well as the bus-stop to the station, city centre, hyllie, Emporia etc. There are also several gyms very closeby (crossfit as well as regular gyms) If you like biking or running, Sydkustleden is very closeby, which is a beautiful bike path along the coast, that goes in the direction of Malmö C as well akd, very close to the beach! 🏖️ ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND US The apartment as a whole is about 85 sqm divided into 3 bedrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishing-machine and a shared living room. The apartment has a bathroom with a washing-machine and a dryer. We who live here are a friendly dog and two people, Marco (34, Italian, Sales) and Solanch (25, symphony orchestra) and a very cute and cuddly Shitzu named Lilly 🐶. Languages: Swedish, Spanish, Italian, English. We appreciate that our home is beautiful, and that it is nice and that there is room for life to happen in it. We work in the office but also at home sometimes, which reinforces both the will to maintain order and the tendency to create disorder. We are therefore looking for someone who would have thrived in that pendulum movement, from small chaos to fine tidying. There are often friends visiting, but rarely any bombastic wet late nights.
