We are renting out our apartment in Orminge while we live abroad. The rental period is from March 1, 2025 to June 15, 2025. It may be possible to move in already in February, and we may also be able to extend the rental period somewhat over the summer period. This is a cozy functional apartment that is well suited for 1-2 people. It's located in a quiet and scenic area where you have access to most things within a few minutes by foot - Stora Coop in Orminge Centrum, swimming lake, schools, gym, nature reserve, sports facilities and much more. It only takes 25-30 minutes to take the bus to Slussen/Centralen, so commuting to work is pretty smooth too. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, table, TV, and plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as plenty of storage space. There is also a small walk-in closet in the apartment with plenty of storage space for clothes and miscellaneous items. In the bedroom there is a double bed and drawers for clothes. The balcony has decent sunlight throughout the afternoon, and has room for both outdoor furniture and flowers/plants if you want to make it extra cozy.
