Although the apartment has not undergone major altering renovations the past 20 years, essential maintenance, minor upgrades, and necessary repairs were carried out in the spring of 2025; such as, waterproof re-sealing the kitchen and new oven purchased in 2023. Notably, all the walls throughout the apartment are freshly painted. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has the capacity to accommodate either a bathtub or a washing machine. Additionally, a new bathroom sink was installed during the summer of 2024. There is a double door at the entrance, significantly reducing noise and enhancing heat retention. Located on an elevated ground floor, the property provides a sense security as opposed to a standard ground-floor residence. A soft single bed with a new mattress. Pillows, blankets and duvets. A small side-table, a nightstand, and a small desk paired with a chair. Also, an expandable dining table accompanied by two chairs. (additional chairs are available upon request) The kitchen is equipped with essential kitchenware, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, baking trays etc. Appliances provided, a water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, waffle/sandwich grill, microwave oven, compact vacuum cleaner, and a clothing iron. Additionally, I have constructed a versatile room-divider. The room is spacious enough to allow for temporary or permanent division, creating a private and cozy bedroom area. When not in use it can be easily folded and stored neatly on the side. Residents have access to a spacious shared laundry room located in the basement. This facility is well-equipped with multiple machines, ensuring convenient and nearly always available laundry services. The apartment is located within a two-minute walk to a variety of local amenities including bus stop, supermarket, pizza restaurant, pharmacy, dentist, ATM, local library, convenience store, and health center.
