A furnished room in our house on Solhemsbackarna in Spånga. The room is 13 square meters. Heating, water, electricity and Internet access (both wired ethernet and WiFi) are included in the rent. The room is furnished with a single bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bookcase. Together with three other renters you have access to the common areas in the house – the kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a laundry room and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. The house is located in a residential area a mere 10 minutes’ walk from the center of Spånga (Spånga Centrum) where you have access to various shops and restaurants and to the commuter rail which takes you downtown Stockholm within 15 minutes (Odenplan 11 min, T-centralen 14 min). Also, Spånga Centrum is kind of a bus hub, with buses taking you in all directions. As you will be sharing the house with three other young persons, we are looking for a considerate and reasonably organized person that is planning to stay a minimum of 3 months.
