This is a self contained room in a house. The room is about 17M²(?) plus glassed in balcony.. The room cost is 4900kr/month with a deposit of 4900kr for a total of 9800kr move in cost. Internet is included.. The agreement is for 2-6months months or longer.. We are nonsmokers! We do NOT party nor use excessive alcohol. There is NO illegal drug use tolerated! No pets..
