One furnished room for two people is available to be rented by non-smoking people from the first of February. It is situated on the upper floor of a spacious villa with a big garden in Spånga/Solhem, situated 10 min walk from Spånga Station. Excellent communication by commuting train to the central parts of Stockholm (11 min from Spånga Station to Stockholm/Odenplan, and 13 min. to Stockholm City). The upper floor of the villa has three rooms that share kitchen, bathroom and sauna. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table in a big hall (20 sqm) and generous space in cupboards for kitchen utensils and foodstuff. Good equipment for cooking: stove with 6 heating points and oven, ventilator, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer etc. The big bathroom (12 sqm) is equipped with a bathtub and separate shower, two handbasins and wc. Sauna in a separate room. Included in the rent is an outdoor furnished terrace (15 sqm) on the upper floor. Also included is the use of laundry in the basement. Internet connection by rapid fiber and a local network at an extra cost (150 SEK/month per person). I have good experience in letting rooms to exchange students.
