The apartment has a laundry machine, dryer and a dishwasher - you won't have to go down to a laundry room or do dishes manually here! The apartment is also phenomenally soundproofed which means you'll be undisturbed by neighbors while you can also play loud music and have plenty of guests without disturbing anyone. From the apartments stunning 12 square meters balcony on the 7th floor you will enjoy the evening sun and the beautiful view of the nature reserve that is just outside your door. In the nature reserve there is plenty of running tracks, swimming pools and recreational areas. The surrounding area has everything you need: A food store just outside the main entrance, a subway station within only 7 minutes walking distance and from there it only takes 16 minutes to central station. A nice 10 minute bicycle ride away you will find Kista shopping mall where they have bars, restaurants, a cinema and lots of stores. I'm looking for someone who wants to rent the apartment long term.
