Hi, we are two guys living together in a co-living arrangement with a room available for rent over the summer and early autumn. We’re mostly a pretty quiet bunch with no big parties in the house, but we do enjoy the occasional social gatherings where we’ll have some people over for dinner and play some boardgames. Täby Kyrkby is a calm, nature-near neighbourhood with many families. Our house is situated within short walking distance of several forests and a lake. We live in a terraced, three-story house with shared kitchen, living room, balcony, garden and two bathrooms, one of which contains the washing machine and dryer. The room for rent is located on the west side of the house, on the second floor with a view of the garden; this is the same floor as the kitchen, living room and one of the two bathrooms. The room is a bit on the small side, but previous tenants have found that the size of the large shared spaces, the local area and the community in the house more than makes up for it. Additionally, on this floor, adjoining the room for rent, is the walk-in closet / storage room which will be available exclusively to our new tenant. The storage room is 5 sqm large, which is additional to the room size listed. At this time, we do not have any pets in the house and would prefer not to have any moving forward, but occasional visits from friends are usually alright if everyone in the house agrees. The local bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away and the light rail station is 10 minutes away, as is the local grocery store. By public transport it takes about 25 minutes to get to the larger universities, KTH and SU, and to get to the city centre takes around 30 to 40 minutes.
