Beautiful three floor house close to Umea University (10 minutes walk). There is an adult and two kids ( every other month) living in. The house has four rooms, and the renting room is at the top floor. The bathroom is shared and so is the kitchen. The are washing and drying machines at the basement. The house has a cleaning lady every other week. There are two fireplaces. The rent includes internet, heating and electricity. The pictures are missing a table that it is coming shortly!
