I am renting my place out due to travelling abroad for a while. I may need to stay abroad longer which means you could possibly rent the apartment over a more longer term basis. Everything is included in the price such as electricity, internet, and insurance. Easy access to Vällingby centrum (mall) where you can find everything you need. No smoking or parties in the apartment. No kids (it is too small for that anyway). You need to have a stable job and show proof of income. It is a quiet building with few neighbours and everyone is very respectful so it's important to show the same curtesy to neighbours. Cleanliness is very important as well as this is my apartment and need it to look the same as I left it. A one-month deposit is required and will be fully refunded when you move out, provided the apartment is left in the same condition as when you moved in.
