It is a house with a nice neighborhood accessible to many facilities and services. From our house: ✓1 min walk to enjoy the view overlooking Gothenburg port ✓ just beside the small forest ✓3min walk to enjoy a small pond during summer where ducks are usually fed by local families ✓ 10 min walk to tram station for tram 11 to Järntorget which takes 20 min or ✓ the bus option which is either 2min walk (end of the street bus stop) or the 5min walk (going through the small forest) to Järntorget/Frölunda torg. ✓ 10min walk to the coastal area with small beaches ✓ 15min bike ride to the archipelago or just take tram 11 to the end stop, Saltholmen. A bright furnished room overlooking the front garden and the neighbor's garden. In this house, cleanliness is a MUST! You must be: - consistent with weekly cleaning of shared areas - respectful, responsible, pay on time - social but not a hardcore party person -very importantly, follow house rules One month's rent and a security deposit upon signing of the contract.
