Here you have direct bus less than 15 mins to center, 10 mins to Järntorget, Stenpiren, Chalmers, less than 25 mins direct bus to Volvo Cars, etc. Walk distance to nature/sea/beach and large shopping center where you could get everything you need. At home you have comfy office, spacious kitchen, balcony, you have afternoon + evening sun. It has furnished with office, TV, Couch, bed, dining table, I have bought dishwasher, and laundry machine etc inside the apartment. Complete new bathroom with floor heat and laundry machine. Otherwise you also could use public laundry room at downstairs. Plenty of closet, for both shoes, clothes, etc. Spacious hallway, separate kitchen, can rented out only partially furnished as you wish. Max 2 person. No party. No smoke.
