The newly refurbished 65m2, modern, apartment is located on the side of a residential building, with it's very own entrance and terrace. This gives you a feeling of being in a small townhouse. A very unique place, so close to the city center! Take the subway to the south part of Stockholm in 5 minutes and central station 13 minutes. Walk down to the water for a swim, lunch or to watch the sunset from the cliffs. The environment and nature around here is very nice! The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, washing- , laundry- and dryer- maching 160cm comfortable bed. Floor heating in the whole apartment. Parking is always easy to find on the street outside. Easy managed code-lock This is a very nice and quiet place. I'm renting it out since I'll be abroad. I've got very good reviews and more information on airbnb, and I'll can send the link for the one who is interested in knowing more. The dates are flexible, to some extent, and it might be possible to stay both shorter and longer.
