We, me and my husband, offer a modern, newly renovated cottage of approx. 49 sqm in Hovås. The home has a "loft" with space for one double bed and a small "home office". Hovås is located only 20 minutes from Gothenburg city center. There are several express busses (X2 or X3) that easily takes you to your workplace or University. The nearest bus stop is "Hovås nedre" or "Otterbäck". In Hovås we live close to the nature and the ocean. A big nature reserve is just 2 minutes aways, with beautiful paths winding through the landscape. The cottage is available from 1st of march 2025. The cottage is located on our large plot and has a big patio where you can relax in the sunshine, have a barbeque and be surrounded by flowers. The living area has a modern, open floorplan with a living room and kitchen combined. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a shower, toilette, basin and washing/dryer machine. The cottage can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. Parking can be arranged. Internet/"Fiber" can be offered.
