I am renting out my apartment due to a work opportunity outside of Sweden. The apartment is ideal for a single person or a young couple. This 52 sqm apartment features two rooms (1 bedroom + combined living, dining, and kitchen area) with a balcony, walk-in closet, and basement storage. Situated on the 6th (top) floor, it boasts large windows that flood the space with natural light. Furnished with a king-size bed, spacious L-shaped sofa, dining table for four, TV stand, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building includes an elevator, and parking options (garage and street) are available for rent. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Kista Galleria/Kista T-bana and bus station, and a 20-minute bus ride from Helenelund train station. From Kista T-bana, it takes 20 minutes to reach T-Centralen. Two nearby bus stops, Norgegatan and Kista Gård, are within approximately 2 minutes walking distance. You can take the airport bus to Arlanda from the Norgegatan stop (Brommaplan route). The apartment is located within a 15-20 minute walking distance to many IT workplaces such as Ericsson, Tele2, etc. Kista Galleria offers a large food court open until 9 pm daily. The area has various grocery stores including Persian and Indian options. Within a 5 to 10-minute walk, you can access green nature areas. There is also a large park opposite the street with BBQ facilities. The rent is 13,350 SEK/month, including Wi-Fi, cable TV, heating, and hot water. Electricity is capped at a maximum of 400 SEK/month based on my usage. Tenants are responsible for electricity bills and insurance. The apartment will be rented out furnished for long-term starting from June 15th. Applicants must provide an employment letter, references, and adhere to a non-smoking and no-pet policy with a 2-month notice period for termination. An agency fee is payable separately.
