The flat feels like a small house, as there’s nothing built above it, and it comes with a large, private patio. It’s a modern space, built just 4 years ago, and I’ve been the only resident so far. I’m moving in with my partner, which is why the contract will initially be for 6 months. If all goes well, there’s the possibility to extend it for up to 2 years.
