The apartment for rent is located in a very nice and popular area called Järva Staden, which is close to your company in Solna (10min by bus 505) and city center (3 stops from T-centralen). Within walking distance of the apartment you will find a few supermarket/grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, gyms, and padel court . At the same time, the neighbourhood is surrounded by the Swedish natural reserve Lgelbäken, which is a great place for daily exercise and some relaxed moments. If you want to explore beyond the area, the bus line 505 (bus stop 15 seconds from the building) will bring you to the largest shopping mall in Sweden within 7 minutes. In addition, with a short walking or 5 minutes bus ride you can reach a commuter train station, Ulriksdal, from where you can reach the city center (e.,g 10 mins), the Arlanda airport, and the rest of Stockholm. The buildings in this area are a mixture of houses and apartment buildings. The majority of residents are well-educated and high income young people/families. Specifically, the building of my apartment is newly constructed in 2019 by one of the largest constructors in Sweden. The apartment is on the ground floor but it is half floor higher than the street. The kitchen and washroom is fully equipped with electrical appliances from SIEMENS (microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine & dryer, dish washer). You will also find a 55" 4K UHD Smart TV from Philips in the living room. In the living room you also have access to a private wooden deck (only belonging to the apartment), with a nice yard view. The rent covers standard TV subscription, internet/wifi, heating, cold water.
