There will be a planned facade renovation and window replacement project starting in autumn (exact start date to be confirmed by the construction company, with updates expected in early June).. Here’s how this may affect your stay:. • The interior condition of the apartment will not be affected. • However, the lake view will be blocked once scaffolding is set up. • There might be noise from 8:00 to 17:00 on the weekdays. Some preparation work could start from 7:00, but drilling will only start after 8:00.. • To compensate, monthly rent will be reduced by 2,000 SEK from the date the view is impacted. • During the 2-day window replacement work, an additional 900 SEK discount will apply for that month. • Occasional access to the apartment may be needed for inspections or measurements; your cooperation will be appreciated.
