The rent includes internet, water, heating. It doesn't include electricity, which you will pay separately based on your usage. You will also need to buy a home insurance. . 🐾 About the Cat. Xiaoxiaobao is a 4-year-old neutered male – a Ragdoll-Siberian mix. He’s very affectionate and loves human company. He's curious, loyal, and will often follow you around the apartment like a little shadow. I will cover all expenses related to him (food, litter, insurance, etc.).. He’s a wonderful companion, but like many sensitive cats, he can occasionally pee on the sofa and bed, especially when exposed to unfamiliar scents like strong perfume, incense, or new visitors. To manage this, I provide protective covers for the sofa and bed, and recommend keeping the bedroom door closed at night. While occasional accidents can still happen, they usually become less frequent as he gets more comfortable with you.. 🐱 What I’m Looking For. Ideally, someone with prior cat experience – but more importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys the company of a cat and is happy to care for him during the tenancy. The reason for this arrangement is that I’m moving into a co-living space where pets aren’t allowed..
