Hi there! Due to work abroad we’re renting out our 55m2, 3-room flat in lovely Årsta. The rental period is 2-4 months, perfect for a short term stay or if you are relocating to Stockholm and still looking for something permanent. The flat is fully furnished with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a single IKEA bed in the smaller bedroom which can be turned into a double bed. All you need is to bring your luggage and settle in! Both bedrooms have a working station, with the main bedroom having an adjustable desk which makes working from home very comfortable. There is a storage room in the flat and every bedroom has its own closet and drawer. You will also have access to our storage in the basement. There is a laundry room in the building as well as a bicycle room. You can also rent a guest flat in the association for a small fee. We’re only meters away from Årstaskogen, a beautiful natural reserve along the water with outdoor gyms. The area has great restaurants, cafés, and bars. ICA Supermarket Årsta is open during very convenient hours. The area has also great connections. The closest bus stop is Årstaskolan from where you take buses to Gullmarsplan, Skanstull, and Årstaberg. Tram station Valla Torg is within a 7min walk. This is a very quiet area, and we're looking for tenants that are respectful of that. We’re open to rent our flat to families, roommates or couples. Smoking is not allowed.
