The apartment is 80 KVM and has three rooms with an glassed Balcony. Apartment is 3 minutes from the Husby Metro Station, 2 minutes from the Bus Stop and 3 minutes from Supermarket. It takes 20 minutes to go to Central Station and only a minute in T-bana (Metro Station) to go Kista. Apartment will be rented after formal approval from Bostadrätt Association. Rent will be Phone SEK with one month rent as a deposit. The pictures are of old furniture and most of this furniture is changed but the apartment is the same.
