As I will be moving abroad for a period, I am now looking for a tenant for my apartment at Broslättsgatan 15 in Mölndal Centrum. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of 7 and is 79 sqm, featuring a lovely enclosed balcony of approximately 9 sqm. You are welcomed by a spacious hallway with ample storage, a bright and roomy kitchen with space for a dining table by the window, and an airy living room with access to a generous balcony facing a quiet courtyard. There is a spacious bedroom of about 14 sqm, accommodating a large double bed and offering generous storage behind sliding-door wardrobes. Additionally, there is a bright second bedroom of approximately 9 sqm with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a modern shower, heated towel rail, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A practical workbench in the bathroom makes daily routines more convenient. The hallway is spacious and offers a pleasant view toward the living room and kitchen. There is also an option to rent a parking space (at an additional cost). Broslättsgatan 15 is located in the heart of Mölndal, close to both the city's vibrant life and beautiful nature with scenic walking trails. If you want to grab a bite to eat or shop in the Galleria, you can simply take the elevator and avoid having to use an umbrella. Additionally, there is direct access to the commuter train, taking you north to Gothenburg or south to Kungsbacka. Just a stone’s throw from MIMO, Essity, AstraZeneca, GoCo, and several other major companies in Mölndal’s industrial area. Rent included avgift, but not Internet and TV. However electricity, cold water (kv), warm water (vv) and their moms (vat) is not included in the rent. In average I pay 340 SEK/month for electricity, coldwater, warmwater and their moms.
