Women only rental. . I’m renting out a room in my shared flat. The flat is 81sqm located in Bredäng, söder of söder. Apartment is on a 3th floor. . Bredäng is a very cozy neighborhood full of culture and people with different backgrounds. Is a big community there where people are helping eachother.. Long term rental. Women rental only, preferably a pendlare or someone that needs a place in Stockholm while there are here working but are not permanent in the city but come weekly. But I’m open too to permanent. . The apparent is furnished but the room to rent is not furnished, that will be responsibility of the person to furnished as they wish. . El, internet and home insurance are included in the rent. . 5 min walk to Bredäng Centrum. There is the metro and different food shops too. The apartment is close to the water (Mälaren) too and close to a beautiful cafe called Lyran. . We will share the common areas in the flat that will be the kitchen area and the living room. . About me. I’m Mexican Colombian woman, I work fashion/print designer working at H&M head office. Will like to share my space with creatives and people that are driven by community and collectivity. . Note, the photos are the photos of the person that lives there atm. The flat interior will not look as that. . Moving date 13th of July 2025.
