Hello there, I'm renting out this beautiful home. The apartment is bright and will be fully furnished. There is a big living room which opens to the kitchen where there's a large dining table. There are 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed in the bigger room and a 140cm bed in the smaller room. Besides that there is also a smaller room in the apartment which can be used as a storage, but also as a hobby room or dressing. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing/drying machine. The apartment is 5 mins walk to Bredäng T-bana and from there it's about 20 mins to T-centralen. The apartment has a nice view on the park and has sunshine in the morning until early afternoon. From the apartment it's a 10 mins walk to the nature reserve where you can swim and enjoy outdoor activities. In Bredäng centrum there are supermarkets and restaurants. The rent is Phone with 1 month deposit. Water, heat and internet are included in the rent. Electricity and home insurance needs to be added by the tenant. I'm looking for tenants who are respectful and care about the place they live in. I appreciate people who are easy going and responsive in communication.
