We are renting out our apartment in Solna, district Råsunda. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a large balcony facing south. The apartment is on the second floor (including elevator) of a building that was built in 2019. The apartment has all the modern appliances including fridge, oven, stovetop, washing machine, dryer, and lots of storage space. The apartment comes fully furnished with all kitchen equipment, bed linens, storage space, etc. You can have one master bedroom and one child bedroom if you are a family with a child or one master bedroom and an office if you are a childless couple. Parking in the garage underneath the building is offered for 2,440 SEK per month. The apartment is very well located with the subway and tram (Solna centrum) within a two-minute walk and the Solna station commuter train within a ten-minute walk. You have within five minutes’ walk the nice atmosphere of the old Råsunda district with its cozy restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as the convenient Solna centrum with all its shops, grocery stores and restaurants.
