3 rums lägenhet i Västra Frölunda

Söker för en nya lägenhetskompis Jag har sekondhandskontrakt på en 4:a 85 kvm i Frölunda (circa Frölunda Torg). Den är 200m till busshållplats, mattaffärer, spårvagn och gym. Det finns ett vardagsrum, tre sovrum, ett kök, badrum och en balkong. Det tredje sovrummet kommer att användas som gästrum och cykelrum. Det finns tre garderober i korridoren mittemot rummet. I byggnaden finns gemensam tvättstuga och torkrum. Hyran inkl. värme, vatten, el, bredband. Rummet är ledigt nu till slutet av juli. Jag brukade bo i samma lägenhet med personen som har förstahandskontrakt, hon gick till Stockholm för att studera til nästa sommaren. English: I am renting out one bedroom within an 85 sqm apartment where I also live. I used to live in this apartment with the owner of the first hand contract. She is studying in Stockholm until next summer, it might be possible to extend the contract if she continues studying there. The bedroom I am renting has a surface of 9 square meters. There are 3 closets in the corridor across from the room I am renting (not in the pictures). There are three bedrooms in the apartment, one living room, a kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom. The third bedroom is use to store bikes and for family and guests. The possibility to have family/guest staying for a few days would be available to the person I will rent to. Electricity, water and access to internet are included in the rent. The building has a booking service for laundry slots where washing machines as well as a drying room are available. The apartment is located close to Frölunda Torg where bus, trams and stores for grocery shopping are available.
