The description is in English because of a great interest among international guests in Lund and the neighborhood. We welcome as well anybody with interest. We speak Swedish, English and Finnish. We rent out our terraced house with two minor gardens situated in Södra Sandby, a small densely built-up area belonging to the city of Lund. The house is rented unfurnished to a family with interest of accodomodation for a period of 12 months at minimum. Fees for waste, water, internet (fiber), electricity and heat are added to the rent with a personal contract with the supplier. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room/combinated dining room, a toilet and a laundry. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the top floor there are four bedrooms, two bigger and two smaller, and a bathroom. The two minor bedrooms with sloping roofs are suitable as childrens' bedrooms or as an office. In the bathroom there is both a shower and a bathtub. The house has an exhaust air heating in a good condition. There is a garage with a door to lock and even free parking in connection to the house. Good storage spaces for bikes, e.g. and garden tools, etc. The monthly rent shall always be paid in beforehand, and a deposition of one month rent in advance. Smoking is not allowed indoors or so that the smell comes indoors. Heavy smokers'd better keep off. This is a very nice family orientated area with a couple of local preschools and elementary schools. The house is as well suitable as collective housing for e g students.There are large areas of nature for recreation and farms with horses, e g. ​Good commuting possibilities to Dalby, Staffanstorp, Malmö and Lund by bus. You got to have an interest to cut the law, prune two apple trees and even take care of leaves from the trees on the ground and in the gutters to the house. The owner does yearly repairing works, smaller and bigger ones, mainly in summertime, always with consideration to the tenants. There are no bigger works planned for the nearest year. You got to keep your easy-going style in our communication because this is the first beginning of our contact. Speculators will be selected for a viewing at the last weekend in February. There's no service fee from Qasa. The rent is 15 500;-, that's it.
