TIll uthyrning finns vårt 1½-plans hus i ett fantastiskt läge i Södra Sandby med nära till skolor förskola - åk 9. Det finns en direktförbindelse med buss till Lund, Dalby, Staffanstorp och Malmö. Huset ligger i omedelbar anslutning till naturens alla tillgångar. Huset hyrs ut omöblerad till en familj eller som kollektiv på minst 12 mån kontrakt. Vi prioriterar rökfria hyresgäster. Hyran betalas senast sista dagen föregående månad, en månads deposition är ett krav. Utöver kallhyran tillkommer avgifter för sophantering, el och värme, vatten och bredband, alltid på hyresgästens eget kontrakt hos resp. leverantör. Fiber finns installerad. På bottenvåning finns kök, vardagsrum, toalett, tvättstuga och förvaringsutrymme. På ovanvåning finns fyra sovrum med goda förutsättningar att möblera om till kontor. Sovrummen är på 16-20 m2. Den stora balkongen är en fin tillgång beroende av intresse. Förrådsutrymmen och ett låsbart garage finns. We speak Swedish, English and Finnish. We rent out our terraced house with two minor gardens situated in Södra Sandby, a small densely built-up area belonging to the city of Lund. The house is rented unfurnished to a family/group with interest of accodomodation for a period of 12 months at minimum. Fees for garbage collection, water and internet, electricity and heat are added to the rent with a personal contract with the supplier. The monthly rent shall always be paid in beforehand, and a deposition of one month rent in advance. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room/combinated dining room, a toilet and a laundry. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the top floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. The two minor bedrooms with sloping roofs are suitable as childrens' bedrooms or as an office. In the bathroom there is both a shower and a bathtub. The house has an air-water heating boiler in a good condition.. There is a garage with a door to lock and even free parking in connection to the house. Good storage spaces for bikes, e.g. and garden tools, etc. In first hand we prioritize non-smokers. However smoking is not allowed indoors or so that the smell comes indoors. This is a very nice family orientated area with a couple of local preschools and elementary schools. There are large areas of nature for recreation. ​Good commuting possibilities to Dalby, Staffanstorp, Malmö and Lund by bus. You got to have an interest to cut the law, prune two apple trees and even take care of leaves from trees in the gutters. The owner does yearly repairing works, smaller and bigger ones, mainly in summertime, always with consideration to the tenants. There are no bigger works planned for the nearest year.
