A charming gardener's house, dating back to the end of the 19th century. Wonderfully set by the sea, on the Lännersta inlet, you'll find this beautiful place. It is a mere 15 minute drive away from central Stockholm, yet located in very calm, quiet and idyllic surroundings. The house have 6 rooms on two floors and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one double bed, two single beds and two extra beds. There are also two simple office spaces, one on each floor. In addition to the house, there is also a wood-fired sauna, a playhouse and a heated outdoor spa that is included when you manage it yourself. The area has nice walking trails along the waterfront. The nearest bus stop is a 15 min walk from the house. From there, the bus ride is approx 25 minutes into central Stockholm. Buses leave 4 times/hour during day-time. Taxi ride cost approx. €30. For guests arriving by car there is a private parking space available. The price includes house cleaning 4 hours every two weeks. Electricity is not included. The house is heated by geothermal heating, underfloor heating, but the house is old and can get a little cold in winter. We consumed 4000 kWh per month last winter. We have our house for rent because we are on a long trip during the period, but we can always be reached on whats app or email and will be happy to welcome/introduce you on site before we leave if possible.
