The current renters bought a house in the neighbourhood and are moving out in April so we looking for someone to rent the house from May - July. Perfect time to enjoy the pool and summer in Värmdö! A lovely fully furnished 2 story home located in a quiet, low traffic family friendly neighbourhood. Less than 15-minute walk from 2 elementary schools and less than 5 minutes from a preschool. 12 minute drive to Gustavbergs International English School. Good bus/boat connections to the city and essentials shopping close by. The closest bus stop is a less than 10-minute walk away. The house has 2 floors. Downstairs there are 2 usable bedrooms (3rd bedroom downstairs currently being used as storage), a full bathroom and half bathroom, a living room, a large kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms that are currently used as guest rooms/home offices, a full bathroom and a living room area with a TV. The house also has solar panels and an EV charger. Outside there is a heated pool, a small garden area with a trampoline and a covered seating area in the back. Lots of nature around with walking/biking trails and sports fields and close to several popular beaches. We are renting out our home as we will be living abroad for a while.
