It has a big yard with bbq stuff and also a shared swimming pool just 50 meters from the house. You as tenants will have a pool table as well and would have access to free parking + a big storage room. The maximum number of people allowed in the house is 6. I would like to rent out the house to a family of max 6 people or to 5 students/friends who can show that they will be able to afford the rent. ( It will cost around 500 euro/ 5500 sek for each person so it's a very good option if you are a group of students who want to stay in sweden for long term). . ❌The rent is 2500 Euro/month inclduding everything such as wifi, water, trash, accees to swimming pool and sona,etc . Electricity is not included in the rent . ❌Two months deposit is needed. ❌The contract will be long term starting from 1st of august 2025 for at least one year.
