Aspudden - Nice and Cosy appartment with a view over the city

We are renting our cosy appartment for 11 month starting starting from the 28th of june 2024 until 31st of May 2025. The appartment is 51 sqm, one large bedroom with balcony oriented towards the west. The kitchen is open on the living room with large windows facing east. The appartment is full of light and its position at the 3rd and last floor makes it even more pleasant to live in. It is rented out fully furnished but we can remove some of the furnitures if needed. We leave all the furnitures, the cutlery, kitchen tools, bed linnen, towels etc... In addition, there's a small space in the basement where you can store some of your belongings if needed. We include in the rent internet. Gas and Electricity to add. It's located 5 minutes walk from aspudden station, 10 minutes walking from Liljeholmen and around 15 minutes walk from Vinterviken's cafe and bathing area. Södermalm is 10 minutes away by metro, T-centralen around 20 minutes. It's also very close to the beautiful nature, Vinterviken where you have nice cafes and bath area and trekanten where you can ice skate in the winter.
