The house has central vacuum ports upstairs and downstairs. Other amenities include a sauna, a playhouse, a workshop, a summer cabin (now used for storage) a carport, parking for up to 6 vehicles in two separate driveways, There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the main floor shower is a steam shower cabin, back massage, and rain setting plus child's bathtub. But it doesn't stop there! The house is fully furnished with little extras like a Weber charcoal BBQ, dozens of board games, some extra bikes, fishing gear, garden tools, woodworking tools. Nearly every bedroom has a bed, a closet, a desk, a dresser and a flat screen TV. The neighborhood is picturesque and it's narrow streets are cozy and child-friendly. Near schools and daycares. 10 min drive to downtown Västerås. 150 m walk to the waterside. If you like boating there are opportunities to occasionally borrow our small 20 hp motorboat for short trips to see the islands around Västerås and "Lake Malar". Did I mention the beaches? Enhagen has about 5 of them. These are small, secluded beaches just a stone throw away. Unfortunately, due to allergies, we can not allow pets, especially not dogs or cats (can make exceptions for a small bunny or guinea pig for example) There are about 7 different fruit trees and berry bushes on the property (red and black currant, strawberry, blackberry, gooseberry, apples, raspberries etc) We're looking for "good people" to have as long term tenants (3+ years preferably)
