1 rums hus i Arlöv

Hey! I'll type in English since we might have some non-Swedish speaking considerations. We are renting out a big room (12m²) that has a double-sized bed, a dresser, a desk, and a TV. There's also a walk-in closet next to the room if you need some extra space for your clothes. It is €350 per month with bills included. If 2 people want to stay in the room, we charge more since the bills are included. We don't care about age, gender, ethnicity, if you work or study, smoke or not. What matters most is chemistry. We're looking for someone chill and accommodating. André is a teacher and Camilla works at a pastry shop (so there will be some left-over cookies from time to time ^^). We're both super chill and social (but we like our alone-time, too). We're into movies and sometimes we might watch a film together in the living room, and you're of course welcome to join. We are also into trying new types of food (especially tiktok-recipes). The location is not in Lund but there are easy connections to both Malmö and Lund. Coop (supermarket) is a 10-min walk and Burlöv Center (shopping centre) is 15 min. We're down for a video-chat to show you around and talk some more to get to know each other and if you have any questions 🙂 Pets can be discussed. (We've got a dog.) Parking included. Bills included.
